บริษัท บีอีซี เวิลด์ จำกัด (มหาชน) (อังกฤษ: BEC World) เป็นบริษัทแม่ของกลุ่มบริษัทของตระกูลมาลีนนท์และกลุ่มช่อง 3 ซึ่งเป็นธุรกิจเกี่ยวกับการออกอากาศสื่อ การผลิตสื่อโฆษณา การผลิตรายการโทรทัศน์ และการจัดหารายการโทรทัศน์ เข้าด้วยกัน ก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 15 สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2538 ก่อตั้งขึ้นเป็นบริษัทมหาชนจำกัด เมื่อวันที่ 23 พฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. 2538 จดทะเบียนเริ่มเข้าซื้อขายในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทยเป็นวันแรก ในหมวดธุรกิจบันเทิงและสันทนาการ (ปัจจุบันคือหมวดธุรกิจสิ่อและสิ่งพิมพ์) เมื่อวันที่ 18 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2539 โดยใช้ชื่อย่อหลักทรัพย์ว่า “BEC”
